FAQ: FAQ

My System is not turning on. What should I do?

In most cases, the main reason why a system does not post/turn on is because you have either not connected your cables correctly or you have just completely not connected a cable. Some other issues may be: Compatability, eg. Some RAM modules do not work with your motherboard EVEN THOUGH the RAM says that it is connectable. Check your system through again.

What’s your refund policy?

Return Policy

Basics

After the purchase of a product, the consumer is given one month inclusive, from the day of purchase to exactly one month later, to return the product. The product must not include any scratches, embellishments, decorations, damage, removed components, damaged side panels, damaged front panels, damaged back panels, removed I/O shields, replaced components, or performance issues. Eligibility for returns will be decided accordingly with each product. The product must either be posted back or returned back with a copy of the buyers signature, name, contact information, and upon inspection, if any of the listed above items that show the product is identical to its original state, the product is considered ineligible for return. Should the product be ineligible for return, the product will be sent back to the consumer, with no refund given through any means of bank transfer, paypal, cash, cheque, or any other digital payment method.

If the product is eligible for return, the consumer will be given a refund through bank transfer or paypal. If the consumer is unable to accept any of the listed refund methods, another method will be decided. If there is absolutely no way of giving a refund, the consumer is considered ineligible. The consumer must first return the product, and upon arrival through postage or delivery, will be given a refund through the above listed methods.

The computer, when refunded, is discovered to be tampered with in any of the above listed ways, or has installed viruses that are done wilfully, will be sent back to the consumer. Police may be consulted. The consumer must pay the full price of the product before we send the product back again. If the consumer refuses to give a refund on the product, police will be consulted and penalties may apply.

Eligibility

If the consumer is considered eligible for a refund, this process will take place with any means listed in the basics. The consumer may be considered ineligible as well if: they provide a different product as to what is listed; any component of the computer (Central Processing Unit, Central Processing Unit Cooler/All-in-one Liquid Central Processing Unit Cooler/Stock Central Processing Unit Cooler, Motherboard, Random Access Memory/Memory, Storage - Solid State Drives, Internal Hard Drives and External Hard Drives, Graphics Processing Unit/Video Card, Power Supply Unit, Case, Case Fans, Case Fan Controllers, Cables, I/O Shield and Case Panels - Back, Front and Side) are found to be damaged, unfunctional, broken, leaking/leaked, tampered and not in its original state when purchased; unable to deliver the product; unable to post the product and unable in any way listed above in the “basics” for the eligibility criteria for a refund, the consumer will be considered ineligible.

After the Refund

If the consumer wishes to purchase the same product after it is refunded, it may be given, and this will be decided depending on the situation. Most consumers can expect to be able to re-purchase the same product. However, if the consumer decides to purchase the same product again, no refund will be offered or given.

Please also note that no product is available for re-sale or any type of auction, listing or promotion on the internet. If a product is discovered to be up for re-sale through an auction, a listing or a promotion online, the poster is considered to have broken and disobeyed the Terms and Conditions of every product for sale, and thus, further action will be taken.

Do you deliver?

We do deliver, however, it would be much preffered if you could pick your product up. This is because the shipping will take a long time and a heavy item such as a PC has the chance to break/for parts to be dismantled during the shipping, and we are unable to give a refund or a new computer for that. We are NOT reponsible for broken PCs during shipping.

How do I find my system specs?

There are a few ways to find your system specs. The easiest way is to hit Windows+R at the same time. What that does is it runs the "Run" command. Then, type "msinfo32", hit enter, and then you can find your system specs! You can find everything with this command - your CPU model, its architecture, your GPU/Integrated Graphics, RAM, Audio, etc.

What components are there to a computer?

A computer needs many parts to function. The needed parts are: A Central Processing Unit (CPU), A Cooler to Cool Your CPU (Air, Water, or Custom Loop), A Motherboard, RAM/Memory, Storage (Solid State Drive - SSD or Hard Drive HDD), Power Supply Unit (PSU) and a Case/Chassis. A Graphics Processing Unit (GPU)/Video Card is required for more graphics demanding games and is optional to have, but highly recommended for gamers, video editors and everyone who wants their PC to run faster.
